Every part is cut flat and straight (90°), directly from your dimensions or drawing — no die, no mould, no tooling cost, whatever the batch size.
DXF drawings read automatically
Import a DXF file and our reader assembles lines, arcs, polylines and circles into closed contours, filters out construction layers (dimensions, axes, centre marks) and shows you a preview before you order.
Nesting to limit waste
Parts are laid out on the sheet or roll to reduce offcut and keep material cost under control.

The same tooling-free process scales from a single test piece to a production series, with consistent quality throughout.
Tolerances
±0.5 mm for parts cut on the CNC tables and ±2 mm for strips, unless agreed otherwise in the quote. Rubber is flexible, so parts are measured flat, at room temperature and without tension.
