Custom rubber gaskets

A flat gasket seals the joint between two surfaces: a cover, a flange, a housing, a door. We cut it to the exact outline of your drawing, holes and cut-outs included, from the rubber that suits what it has to hold back — water, oil, weather, heat or food.

Any outline

Straight edges, curves, bolt holes and inner cut-outs are cut in the same pass, straight through (90°).

No die to pay for

The cut follows your file: a change of design costs nothing, from one prototype to a production series.

The right compound

EPDM outdoors and for water, NBR for oils and fuels, FKM for chemicals and heat, certified grades for food.

What to send

A DXF file gives an instant price in the calculator. A PDF, a DWG, a STEP file or a dimensioned sketch works too: attach it to a quote request.

Questions

Which rubber should I choose for a gasket?

It depends on the medium and the environment: EPDM for water, steam and outdoor use; NBR for mineral oils, greases and fuels; neoprene (CR) as a versatile all-rounder; FKM for aggressive chemicals and high temperatures; certified food-grade compounds for contact with food. The chemical resistance guide compares them.

Can you cut gaskets with bolt holes and inner cut-outs?

Yes. Holes and inner openings are cut together with the outline. In the calculator, enter the number of holes and their diameter, or import the DXF drawing.

How accurate is the cut?

CNC-cut gaskets are held to ±0.5 mm of the drawing, unless agreed otherwise in the quote. Rubber is flexible, so parts are measured flat, at room temperature and without tension.

Is there a minimum quantity?

No die is needed, so a single gasket can be cut. The price per part falls as the quantity grows because the setup is shared.
