Rubber flange gaskets
Ring gaskets (inside the bolt circle) and full-face gaskets (with the bolt holes) for pipework, tanks and equipment. Standard sizes or odd ones: without a die, a special flange costs the same to cut as a standard one.
Ring or full face
Enter outside and inside diameters for a ring gasket, or send the flange drawing with its bolt circle.
Matched to the medium
Water and steam, oils, chemicals or food: the compound is chosen for what flows through the pipe.
Large diameters
Parts up to the width of the roll, and up to 2200 mm wide on the largest cutting table.
Suitable materials
Nitrile (NBR)
Resistant to mineral oils, greases and fuels.
7 references →EPDM
Weather, ozone and hot-water resistant — the outdoor standard.
10 references →Neoprene (CR)
Versatile all-rounder: weather, moderate oils, flame retardance.
6 references →Food grade
Certified compounds for direct contact with food.
12 references →FKM
Extreme chemical and high-temperature resistance.

For a ring gasket, the "Washer / ring gasket" shape of the calculator is enough. For a full-face gasket, import the DXF or give the bolt-circle diameter, the number of holes and their size.
Questions
Ring gasket or full-face gasket?
A ring gasket sits inside the bolts and is quicker to fit; a full-face gasket covers the whole flange face and helps centring on flat-faced flanges. Your flange drawing or the existing gasket decides.
Which thickness for a flange gasket?
Thin gaskets suit smooth, rigid flanges; thicker ones make up for uneven or less rigid faces. Each material page lists the thicknesses available for every reference.
Can you match an existing gasket?
Yes: send a photo with dimensions or a scan next to a ruler, and we will draw it and quote it.
