Custom rubber washers
Sealing washers, anti-vibration washers, spacers and protective rings: give the outside diameter, the inside diameter and the thickness, and the calculator prices the batch at once — with the price for larger quantities alongside.
Any diameter
No standard size to fit into: every washer is cut to the dimensions you give.
Nested on the sheet
Washers are packed tightly on the roll, which keeps the material cost per part low.
Price by quantity
The calculator shows the price per part for several batch sizes, so you can pick the right one.
Suitable materials
SBR
Economical general-purpose rubber with good abrasion resistance.
6 references →Nitrile (NBR)
Resistant to mineral oils, greases and fuels.
7 references →EPDM
Weather, ozone and hot-water resistant — the outdoor standard.
10 references →Neoprene (CR)
Versatile all-rounder: weather, moderate oils, flame retardance.
6 references →Food grade
Certified compounds for direct contact with food.

Outside diameter, inside diameter, thickness and quantity are all the calculator needs. For washers with several holes or a special outline, import a DXF.
Questions
What is the smallest washer you can cut?
Small washers are possible; how small depends on the thickness and the hardness of the rubber, since a thick, soft part deforms under the blade. Tell us the size and we will confirm.
Can the inside hole be off-centre or not round?
Yes. Any inner shape can be cut: import a DXF drawing or send a sketch with dimensions.
Which rubber for a sealing washer?
EPDM for water and outdoor use, NBR where oil or fuel is present, neoprene for general use with moderate oils, SBR for dry, indoor applications.
