Frequently asked questions
Everything you need to know about our custom rubber cutting service.
Do you offer custom rubber cutting?
Yes. We cut custom 2D rubber parts by CNC, with no tooling cost, from prototype to medium series, for business customers across Europe.
Do you sell to private individuals?
No. We work only for businesses: companies, self-employed professionals, associations and public bodies. Your company name is required when you request a quote, and prices are shown excluding VAT.
Which materials can you cut?
SBR, nitrile (NBR), EPDM, neoprene (CR), natural rubber, silicone (including food grade) and FKM, plus wear-resistant rubbers — in various hardness, thickness and certifications.
What is your maximum cutting size?
Up to 2200 mm wide. Long parts are possible thanks to roll feeding.
What tolerances do you guarantee?
±0.5 mm for parts cut on our CNC tables and ±2 mm for strips, unless agreed otherwise in the quote. Rubber is flexible: dimensions are measured flat, at room temperature and without tension. Thickness follows the tolerance of the original sheet.
Do you handle small quantities and prototypes?
Yes. CNC cutting needs no tooling, so we make single parts as easily as series, with no die costs.
How do I get a price?
An online estimator gives an instant estimate based on material, shape, dimensions and quantity. For a firm price, just request a quote.
Is transport included in the online price?
No. The online estimate covers material and cutting, excluding VAT. Transport and packaging depend on the destination, weight and volume: they are stated in the final quote we send you.
What types of parts do you produce?
Gaskets, seals, washers, membranes, anti-vibration pads, protective covers, and any flat shape cut from a drawing.
Do you deliver across Europe?
Yes, Europe is our main market.
Which drawing formats do you accept?
DXF and PDF. A DXF file can be imported straight into the online estimator: the outline and holes are recognised automatically and the price appears at once. A PDF drawing can be attached to a quote request.
How do I choose the right rubber?
Each material family is described with its typical applications, and each reference with its hardness, thicknesses and certifications. If in doubt, tell us about the application — temperature, fluids, food contact, outdoor use — in your quote request and we will recommend a material.
